Scheduling Reminders

• When selecting an appointment type, please make sure to read the description and select the service you are seeking. If you choose a service that requires more time than you have opted for, you will be asked to schedule another appointment so we stay punctual.

• New Patients: Intake completion is a requirement to finalize your appointment. The online intake is included as part of the booking process so make sure to take the time to complete that task.

• If you are scheduling for a family member, it is important that you select their name(s) for their appointment see we have proper documentation.
